The Program is designed to be intuitive and easy-to-use … and uncluttered with an absence of multiple banner ads, etc., that distract. The Program does not ask Users for personal information about their projects such as budget, timeframe, etc. Instead, Users are simply able to review local Businesses and get in immediate and direct contact with them. All Businesses are subject to online feedback from Users. That feedback speaks for itself … and Users are able to make their own choice about which Business is best suited for their job.

Each Business maintains its own account and is responsible for keeping its information current. More, Businesses can create special offers (look around throughout the site and you will see them) to help differentiate themselves from their colleagues. With Businesses having their own descriptions and offers, Users are able to get a good sense of which company is perhaps best suited for their job.

11. User acknowledges that all Forums or Discussions are public and not private communications. Further, User acknowledges that chats, postings, conferences, e-mails and other communications by other Users are not endorsed by this Program, and such communications shall not be considered reviewed, screened, or approved by this Program. This Program reserves the right for any reason to remove without notice any contents of the Forums received from Users, including without limitation e-mail and feedback postings.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

1. This Agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the federal courts located in Colorado.

Preservation of Immunities

1. Nothing herein shall constitute or be considered to be a limitation upon or a waiver of the privileges and immunities of this Program, which are specifically reserved.
2. This Program reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the site or any Materials in any respect. This Program shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
3. This Program reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any User access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.
4. No waiver by this Program of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding except as set forth in a writing signed by its duly authorized representative.

The following describes the terms and conditions by which this Program, powered by OneStopWizard®, a Colorado company ("Program"), agrees to offer Businesses membership in the online network of OneStopWizard® powered websites.

This Business agreement describes the services this Program will provide the Business (“Business”) and what conditions the Business will be expected to adhere to. By making application for membership, Business, if such application is approved, agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement, and associated Program pricing, may be amended by this Program at any time by posting the amended terms on this Program’s website(s).

This Program is designed as a web-based service for homeowners, real estate professionals and others to locate Businesses providing superior products and services in a variety of categories. This Program will deliver and maintain OneStopWizard® powered websites in order to provide the best possible exposure to homeowners, Realtors® and other real estate professionals looking for the products and services offered by Program Businesses.

This Program places a high degree of emphasis on feedback from actual customers (or Users).  Through this online feedback, the Program is “self-policing.”  In order to maintain membership in this Program, each Business agrees:

1. To provide outstanding products and/or services.
2. To emphasize quality and professionalism at every level.
3. To offer fair deals… and be honest, ethical and friendly in every transaction.
4. To treat every customer as though he or she is the most important.
5. To ensure Business’s staff is aware of this Program and Business’s participation in such.
6. To be responsive to customer inquiries, return phone calls quickly and to be timely in correspondence.
7. To be subject to such additional screening or background checks as from time to time may be determined by Program.
8. We invite Program Businesses to utilize the online “special offer” capabilities of the websites to promote special offers. These offers are administratable by the Business and can be used to market unique offers, time sensitive specials, etc.
9. To assure that any offers Business is running on the site are rotated, maintained with regard to expiration dates and new offers regularly introduced to provide variety for end Users.
10. To maintain and update their respective Business profiles on the website; to ensure that all information contained on their Business listing and associated offers is accurate and truthful.
11. To be subject to consumer feedback from actual customers or clients who may post reviews on Program’s web sites. This Program will randomly monitor feedback.
12. To maintain a positive review history. While we hope that every effort is made on the part of our Program Businesses to provide outstanding products and services and comply with the requirements set forth herein, this Program reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the involvement of a Business in the Program, should Business fail to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein or be subject to frequent and adverse reviews, in our sole discretion, from customers or clients. In this worst-case scenario, no monies will be refundable.
13. To represent and warrant that the products and services Business offers do not infringe upon any patents, copyrights, trademarks or other ownership rights of third parties.
14. Not to assign its membership in this Program without this Program’s prior written consent.
15. To be wholly responsible for collecting and remitting any sales tax due from its customers.
16. To comply with all applicable domestic laws, statutes and regulations in the conduct of the Business.

This Program does not, directly or indirectly, guarantee or warrant the work, services or products of the Businesses participating in this Program. Each Business agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless this Program, OneStopWizard®, it’s associated companies and all of their directors, officers, agents and employees from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees that may arise as a result of the work, services or products provided by the Business.

In the event a dispute arises between this Program and Business, our goal is to provide a neutral and cost effective means of resolving a dispute quickly. Accordingly, this Program and Business agree that any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this Business Agreement shall be resolved through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation, as an alternative to litigation. Should mediation be unsuccessful, this Program and Business agree that the claim or controversy shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by telephone, on-line and/or based solely upon written submissions where no in-person appearance is required. In such cases, the arbitration shall be administered pursuant to the Colorado Uniform Arbitration Act.  Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Excepting for attorneys fees, the costs of mediation and/or arbitration shall be split evenly between the parties. Each party shall be responsible for their own attorneys’ fees.  This Program shall not be responsible or liable for damages claimed as a result of any technical difficulties with the website.

This Program takes User privacy very seriously. We believe that electronic privacy is crucial to the ongoing success of the Internet. Because we may gather certain types of information about our Users, we want to help you understand the terms and conditions surrounding the collection and use of that information. This privacy policy discloses the types of information we may gather, how we may use it, and how to correct or change it. On occasion, this Program will make available to potential business partners aggregated results from traffic and demographic information collected from its User base via this site. This Program will only provide traffic and demographic information on an aggregated basis and does not disclose individual User information. To ensure User’s absolute privacy, personal and demographic data are kept separate in our systems, so that demographic data can never be linked back to names or other identifying information. Furthermore, submission of detailed demographic information is always optional.

User’s (other than if that User is also a Program member with listings) email address(es) will never intentionally be displayed on the web site or revealed publicly in any way.

We collect and use e-mail addresses for the following purposes:

• Sending periodic e-mail newsletters.
• Sending automated notifications that are explicitly part of the Program. For example, Businesses may receive emails about offers expiring, account details, etc.
• Sending miscellaneous administrative notices regarding the Program and/or a Business or User account.

If a User wishes to correct/add/remove the personal information submitted to this Program please log in using Business account and edit from there. Or, User may contact us directly using the Contact Us section on the website.
